The bail is the architectural heart of this piece: a smooth, polished gold rectangular tube through which the flat snake chain passes directly, threading through the bail rather than hanging from it, so that the bail sits flush against the chain and the two rose crystal drops hang below it as a single, unified centrepiece. The bail is substantial and considered — its cylindrical-rectangular form a clean, warm gold counterpoint to the soft, organic pear curves of the two blush crystals below it, the contrast between the architectural gold and the romantic pink creating a tension of extraordinary beauty.

From the bail, two pear-cut rose crystal pendants descend at asymmetric heights.
